Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order till the packing has not been done for shipping. As order is cancelled we will refund entire amount to the source account. If it is ready to be shipped then it is not possible to cancel.

What is WFL’s return policy?

We have workable returns policy. If your shopping/product(s) is not up to the mark or satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window.
  • We allow return when we assure following criteria:
  • The product is not damaged by you or is not different from shipped product.
  • Product is unused or in its original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories).
  • If you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, you may contact seller to schedule a technician visit to your location.
  • Product tagged “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned. But If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product.

    I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

    Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

    Wherever possible Ekart Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Ekart, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.
